A couple days ago we saw some old friends and one of them was dropping feathers by the minute. We fixed him up on the spot.

Earlier this winter Pau left his jacket too close to a space heater trying to dry it and melted a gaping hole in the sleeve. It's one of our less elegant repairs, but it's held up for months. The internet is too slow to upload an image of this right now, but picture a collage of 8 repair patches covering a shark bite.

Just stumbled on this Time From Launch clock at the Chabot Space and Science Center. They have a replica capsule from the mercury mission. You might know this was one of the inspirations for Time Since Launch. We love the idea that the launch clock time creates a brand new time meridian shared by people on earth and one hurtling through space.

It's so nice every once in a while to randomly revisit one of your favorite artworks. This happened this week via Jerry Salz's IG feed. I loved watching him talk about one of Felix Gonzalez Torres's Candy Works. I love these pieces, they are brilliant and gentle and successful at so many different scales.
