It's an exciting and if we're being honest a bit of a nerve-racking time over here. Josh (our electronics wizard friend) was over here yesterday and we were chatting about the difficulties of testing something for longevity.

Che-Wei and Colin (our studio assistant) are assembling units as I'm writing this. Our laser is making them custom (if you want). We've got wall-mounts available. We'll have yours out within a day or so of your order being placed.

About a week ago we were strolling through Pilgrim surf shop in Williamsburg and CW, Pau and Tree came across a house shaped incense burner. I was trying on pants, so I didn't see it. But it delighted them.

On the walk home, the four of us brainstormed different incense burner ideas. Things got crazy. When we got home we did a 15 minute sketch session followed by a 60 minute 3D modeling session followed by a hard stop and print. Kind of like the great British baking show meets melty plastic.

This is what we came up with. Sadly Pau's print failed, I think his was supposed to be a rendition of a habachi grill.

If you feel like printing our own palo santo dumpster, download the model here. The ember doesn't melt our PLA, but if you're worried, line it with some tinfoil and light up. Also, do this at your own risk and like with any burning thing, don't leave it unattended.

Sometimes friends or friendly strangers get in touch and suggest we make a thing. This time a friend suggested we make a suggestion box. So CW made one.
