Mobile site upgrades.
We made some teeny tweaks this past week to make our site a bit nicer on mobile.
The nightstand.
We both started reading Dilla Time this week. I'm only 50ish pages in, but it's a beautifully accounted story and very inspiring celebration of music producer J Dilla's work. Last weekend I also picked up one of Lydia Davis's short story collections. Although wildly different, there's a bridge. Both are examples of artists who break with convention to define something entirely new. Reading Davis + listening to J Dilla make you go "what? what is that? woah!!". Weird + surprising + beautiful.
Also featured is my bedside Studio Sketchbook + earplugs for deep snoozes.
Sling bag drop-off.
This AM Che-Wei dropped off a bag he's been working on at a pillow making factory in the Navy Yard. We're gonna make 10 samples and get pricing on a small production run. That photo is some documentation for the sewing shop.
