Strategy in progress.

Last week we started talking about strategy, or not having one. This week we're starting and step one is to regurgitate truths. This is an ongoing collaborative effort between me (Taylor), Che-Wei, Colin + Oliver (a recent ITP grad who just joined our team). It started yesterday after lunch, with all of us on laptops. The first entry I wrote, Che-Wei spied and yelled across the kitchen, "that is not a truth!". True to me was not the assignment. But I'm a quick study and now understand this step, although still unsure how we're going to move into more nuanced areas. It feels a lot like the beginnings of structuring a scientific experiment. Start with the knowns.
