Yesterday we started the /cwandt subreddit. We're not sure what it is, and right now it's bare except for a musing from yesterday, a preview of something dropping in jan. and a post of Pen Type-B in hand by u/ThaumielKeter 🙏. You're a hero! Up until a few months ago, I hadn't spent much time on reddit. I'd be lying if I didn't say I had a kinda negative perception of it. That said, over the past few months I've found myself lurking in subreddits about people nerding out over classical music. And really liking the platform. So often my music listening happens in private. For me it sparks curiosities and questions I don't have words for. So it feels validating, and thought provoking to read whispers of others around this subject.

Strategy TBC.................

Maybe I'm pushing this strategy thread to stay accountable. Our CW&T strategy has evolved into a 10 page google doc. It's unwieldy and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. We're working on goals, which I think turn into actionable items. Right now it has everything from "Fix the shelves in the annex so they aren't holes in the sky (floating pipes) but actual shelves" to "make something as good as parasite (the movie) - where every detail is thoughtfully considered to reinforce the story".

The year is winding to an end. If you've been procrastinating your holiday gifts, we'll be shipping stuff out until Monday. After that, we'll be taking a weeklong break. If you want to get your goods before the year's end, it's time.

Floppy tool.

Our friend's friend made this thing. And then gifted it to us last week. After a very joyful few hours with floppy hammer that included but was not limited to kids bonking each other, we boxed it back up (sad to have it leave our home...sort of???) and decided to re-gift it at a white elephant party. I'm pretty we nailed. (that was too easy). This thing is really silly + also perfectly designed + highly gift-able (re-gift-able). Whatever. It will bestow giggles.
